How was my relationship with the client?
“Eike has a good understanding of the client’s needs and he is capable to explain issues in an understandable way. The client was satisfied to work with Eike and recognized him as the leading UX consultant.”
How did I integrate into the team?
“Eike became quickly a team member with his professional but also calm attitude, trying to spread the knowledge in customer meetings and personal discussions.”
What benefits have you experienced from working with me? What specific results have you seen from implementing our solution?
“Overall: We launched the project successfully and were also selected as Drupal Vendor. More specific: Eike’s work showed up a very good structure of the platform with a strong focus on UX, documented in detail in our confluence system. This makes it a solid base for our further development of the platform.”
How successful was the project?
“The project was a pilot for our Drupal development work and with the successful relaunch we got the status as a Drupal Vendor for our client. This was the result of our good understanding of the customer needs, a high level in UX and development skills and an impressive team constellation.”
What do you think I lent to the project?
“Eike has shown a very structured approach in developing the UX concept and user stories which could be implemented by the development team easily. Eike has supported the client in the discussion to the most suitable solution regarding their business goals for this platform.”
What surprised you about the project?
“The most surprising issue in this project was the status of Drupal 8, more or less a beta version. That made it quite difficult to implement a solid platform for our client.”
What did you learn from the project that you did not know before?
“You shouldn't work with a new software version in an early status of the roll out. The risks for the project itself (achievements of quality, budget, time) are too high and unpredictable.”
